Djibouti desalination plant by Eiffage Tedagua financed by European Union with President Ismael Omar Guelleh.

Djibouti desalination will be the first in HOA with a total funding of 67.5 million EUR by European Union and 5 million EUR by Djibouti.

24500 m3/ day capacity in first phase and 45000m3/ day in phase two, project to be finalised in 2020.

This will increase potable water supply by 40%, well done to President Ismael Omar Guelleh and his vision for Djibouti’s development.
